The Role :

As a Digital Customer Support Agent Intern, you will be the friendly voice of our brand, responsible for managing customer enquiries across digital platforms and providing warm welcomes in our physical centres. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to gain experience in modern customer service, retail operations, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other social media channels.
  • Greet and assist customers in our centres, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Provide accurate information on services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Process orders, track enquiries, and handle basic customer issues.
  • Escalate complex queries to the relevant team members.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized centre environment.

Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
