Overview

Responsible for daily operations of a sortation warehouse, managing staff shifts, ensuring performance, coordinating stakeholders, meeting SLA targets, generating reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and upholding Shopee values.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including shift scheduling and workforce coordination.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring efficient execution of tasks.
• Coordinate among building owners, manpower providers, and internal operation teams.
• Ensure compliance with SLA targets, solve problems, and provide employee coaching / training.
• Generate daily data reports and identify process improvements to reduce bottlenecks.
• Escalate shift‑time issues to management.
• Maintain company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Uphold Shopee values, continuously improving delivery performance.
