What you'll be doing?

• Process Optimization : Manage all SMT processes, solve engineering problems, and promote productivity improvements.
• Technical Documentation : Develop SMT process instructions and provide comprehensive reports including DFM, GR&R, CpK, and FMEA.
• Design Expertise : Apply your skills in stencil and pallet design to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Manufacturing Processes : Oversee reflow, wave soldering, underfill, glob top, press fit, and PCBA cleaning processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive process enhancements to maximize yield, quality, and reduce scrap and cycle time.
• Change Management : Conduct engineering changes and evaluations to keep processes up-to-date.
• New Product Introduction : Facilitate the transfer of new products, processes, tooling, equipment, and technology.
• Data Analysis : Provide accurate data, reports, and recommendations to higher management as required.
• Equipment Proficiency : Utilize your experience with DEK, ASM, AOI, X-ray, and Router machines to optimize operations.
