• Quality Assurance Engineer
• on our Quality Assurance Engineering Team in Bukit Mertajam Penang.
• What you’ll achieve
• As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to drive quality metrics and monitor the effectiveness of our QA processes. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop quality control policies and evaluate production limitations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance
• You will :
• Assist Factory Regulatory Compliance
• : Ensure factory operates in compliance with applicable local and international regulations / standards, and industry best practices.
• Drive Quality Metrics
• : Monitor and analyse quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement
• Perform Inspections and Testing
• : Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products.
• Develop Quality Control Process
• : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process.
• Support New Product Introductions
• : Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.

• Essential Requirements :
• Educational Background
• : Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field and with minimum of
• 0-1 years of experience
• in quality assurance or a related field.
• Technical Skills
• : Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Control Charts & Process Capability and Basic programming knowledge such as Python / Jave are an added advantage.
