Site Supervisor

Overview

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor role is a pivotal position within HTY Construction (M) Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Penor, Pahang (may relocation if the project is finished). Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards Monitoring site safety, quality, productivity and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies Identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines and budgets Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress reports to the Site Manager Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced members of the construction crew Requirements

Minimum 3 years\' experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry (Land housing project) Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills Proven track record of leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, safety standards and quality control processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to work independently and make sound judgements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer
