Job description
  • Welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with our seating procedures. Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries as required
  • Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with considered guests' preferences
  • Greet incoming guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
  • Be familiar with our menu and service procedures
  • Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff
  • Observant to guests needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies, safety and security
  • Set and clear tables; replenish water; serve food and beverages
  • Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders
  • Give all guests a friendly "Goodbye" or "Thank you" upon departure
  • Relates all guests' comments to the manager pertaining to suggestions and complaints
  • Participate with a positive approach towards training and daily briefing. Realize the importance of team spirit to ensure that fellow staffs are pursuing a unified standard of service

    • Requirements :

    • Pleasant personality and well groomed.
    • Passion for providing extraordinary service
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English. Bonus if you are multilingual.
    • Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
    • Must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to other staff
    • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
    • Able to work effectively within a team

      • Job Types : Full-time, Contract

      Contract length : 12 months

      Pay : RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
