Client Experience Analyst / Manager – FinTech Platform

Volition is partnering with a rapidly scaling FinTech that has built a global platform for leading financial institutions. They are now looking for "x2" Client Experience Analysts to join their growing team in APAC. The role involves ensuring users get the most value from the platform while continuously improving internal processes and product usability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client support
  • Manage and triage support requests and provide L2 support
  • Deliver client demos and training sessions
  • Support communications and product content

About You

  • 2-6 years’ experience in a client support or operations / troubleshooting focused role (FinTech SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Technical understanding – Exposure to APIs would be a plus
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise
  • Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional English language skills (written and verbal) with additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin or Japanese)
  • Salary can be flexible dependent on experience level c.$20-45,000 USD
