Corporate Responsibility Specialist

Maxis, located in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Corporate Responsibility Specialist to enhance our CS programs.

Why this role exists

This role reports to the Head of Corporate Responsibility and will develop and deliver Maxis eKelas Usahawan, a flagship CSR entrepreneur development programme for MSMEs and youth.

What you will be doing

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of eKelas Usahawan programmes including Accelerator, University Challenge, and Digital Marketing Workshops.
• Track, measure, and communicate progress and outcomes to demonstrate programme impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery in line with project scope.
• Nurture a community of entrepreneurs among programme alumni.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ministries, NGOs, and corporate partners.
• Mobilise and involve Maxis volunteers in programmes and activities.
• Deliver training sessions on entrepreneurship development, digital marketing, and AI adoption to entrepreneurs and youth.
