Job description

Objectives of the Position

  • Responsible for the provision of services in relation to the transfer processes holistically, supporting the transferees during the transfer, and advises HR stakeholders and managers.
  • Provide account management support to Country HR and HRBPs for all inbound and outbound transferees located in designated APAC countries.

Main Tasks

  • Advising employees and their families during all phases (end-to-end) of the transfer and acting as a central point of contact on all contractual arrangements and issues relating to tax, remuneration, benefits, external vendors, and social security (international and national), and including Assignment Pro system data management of the transfer.
  • Calculate, prepare, and explain the compensation and benefits including hypothetical tax, bonus payments and analysis of salary via salary sheet for delegates. Manage and coordinate with respective parties in home and host locations on the relocation support and benefits as applicable per the global mobility guidelines in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Provide policy guidance and advising to management and HRBP on the employee transfer and transfer policies.
  • Partner with external relocation vendor and suppliers, managing them, to ensure smooth transfer process for all inbound delegates.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure all necessary information (e.g. salary sheets and contracts have been provide to delegate).
  • Work with Country HR and HRBP to ensure transfer administrative tasks such as tax reporting, intercompany charging, management reporting and validation of invoices as required are completed.
  • Point of contact for the regional team members in administrative tasks, but not limited to, verifying vendor invoices, reviewing and validating of documentations, any calculations touching the Transferees’ mobility package, and GB Portal updates.
  • Support and act as regional mobility’s point of contact on assigned projects for the specific country of support.
  • M inimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years working in Human Resources.
  • Preferably able to communicate in Korean language
  • Experience working in mobility area will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Sound mathematical, logical thinking, and reasoning skills
