We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internship Admin Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in administrative support and office operations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Open a new file case whenever a new case is received
- Manage filing systems (digital & physical) and maintain records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Provide support to other departments when required
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Good communication and organizational skillsPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work in a teamAble to commit to a minimum internship period of 3–6 monthsWhat We Offer :
