Site Administrator

Position Title : Site Administrator

Reports To (Position) : Site Manager

Function : Operation

Basic salary - RM 3,500

Daily allowance - RM22 / day

Leave allowance - 1 x basic salary per year (given once per year on employee's anniversary with the company)

Operations bonus - target of 1.5basic salary per year (paid quarterly based on site & individual performance)

Annual leave - 14 days per year

Accommodation (camp & meals) provided

Role :

• Able to manage Petty Cash.
• Perform high level of detail in managing data.
• Able to handle confidential data.
• Able to translate any formal meeting and discussion.
• To provide administrative services
• translating meeting and daily communication for the customer Operation which is timely, accurate and relevant.
• Filling System and 5S
• SAP
• Computer literacy, experience & familiar with Microsoft office applications.
