Job description

Responsibilities :

  • To follow up the quotations.
  • To build strong customer relationship.
  • Monitor the incoming projects, monitor and assist to arrange the work flow at the workshop as well as to coordinate with all the departments to ensure a smooth flow of work till completion.
  • To attend customer complaints.
  • Liaise with the Technical & Quality department to improve technical know-how.
  • Must be able to travel to Perlis, Kedah, Penang & Perak to visit and meet customers from time to time. Establishing new (if possible) and maintaining existing relationship with customers.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must have a technical background in order to communicate with customers.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in technical field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work at PERAI, PULAU PINANG.

    • Work address :

    No. 2, Lorong Saga Jaya 8, Taman Perindustrian Saga Jaya, 13600 Perai, Pulau Pinang.

  • Full-Time position available.
  • Must possess a car.
  • Must be willing to travel to and overnight (not always) in Perak & Kedah if required or needed.
