We are seeking a motivated, articulate Meeting Setter / Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development Director.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our local Director via phone calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a sales activity pipeline to create opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential leads using resources such as websites, social media, and LinkedIn.
- Map and network through contacts within large accounts.
- Build relationships with PAs / Secretaries.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation.
Qualifications
A results-driven attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience making outbound calls to C-level executives.Experience closing sales calls to a meeting and next steps.Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and influencing skills.Proficiency in using CRM software.Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.Understanding of sales principles and closing calls for next steps.Time management skills and ability to work independently.Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales.Knowledge of South-East Asia networking culture.Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.What We Offer
