We are seeking a motivated, articulate Meeting Setter / Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development Director.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our local Director via phone calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a sales activity pipeline to create opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads using resources such as websites, social media, and LinkedIn.
  • Map and network through contacts within large accounts.
  • Build relationships with PAs / Secretaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation.

Qualifications

  • A results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience making outbound calls to C-level executives.
  • Experience closing sales calls to a meeting and next steps.
  • Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
  • Understanding of sales principles and closing calls for next steps.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Knowledge of South-East Asia networking culture.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
