Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide assistance, advice, and information to clients on their IT operation
  • Support managers in client management - including warranty / software / contract renewals, budgeting and take charge of annual services scope (eg Phishing)
  • Uphold service delivery quality and standards by addressing client satisfaction feedback and ratings

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Preferably accounting or business trained but in IT sector
