Responsibilities : Job Summary

Responsible to promote and ensure that Business Group Information Security awareness program meets relevant policy standards and compliance requirements by creating the creative materials and conducting the awareness testing or exercise.

Responsibility :

Promote and ensure that Business Group Information Security awareness program meets relevant policy standards and compliance requirements.

Develop, maintain and implement a security awareness program that encourages staffs in constantly applying necessary due diligence and act in a secure manner throughout their daily routine.

Educate staffs with a basic understanding of the importance of information security, awareness on recognizing and reporting potential indicators of insider / external threats, and taking necessary actions, e.g. how to respond to a suspected security incident, data leakage, phishing attempt, etc.

Periodically conduct testing and awareness exercise in social engineering, e.g. Phishing exercise for staffs and subsequently lead the remediation exercise to address the exceptions and weaknesses.

Create a metrics framework that can collectively and effectively measure and demonstrate the state of security awareness in Averis and keeping management abreast with relevant statistics and reports.

Requirements :

Degree in Related Fields.

Good written and communication skills in English. Understand Chinese (speak, read and write) is an advantage.

Around 1-2 working experience in IT security governance, risk and compliance
