ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Direct and Indirect material selection and quantity usage calculation. (DM&IDM).
  • Create the BOM in AGILE system.
  • Create the routing with the flow given by the Packaging team / Test team.
  • Dummy travel card generation.
  • Closely follow up ECO and ECM closure within cycle time.
  • Meet build plan readiness without failure.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by leader from time-to-time base on schedule and unscheduled activity.
  • Must have experience and knowledge at SAP, AGILE, CAMSTAR

Qualifications

Required :

  • Diploma related Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in Direct / Indirect Material, BOM & manufacturing workflow setup in Agile & SAP system.

    • Skills :

  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel (formula & VLOOKUP function, etc) for BOM usage calculation.
  • Know how to read engineering drawing.
  • Proficient in standard business application software, Tools & standard engineering method (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

    • Preferred :

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with Direct / Indirect Material, BOM & manufacturing workflow.
  • Familiar with Agile, SAP & MES system
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyse problems.
  • Ability to work in fast pace, multi-task and meet deadlines.
