OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a highly motivated Data Operations Specialist to generate data-driven business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis : Deliver actionable insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Data Reporting : Build and maintain stable, accurate, and scalable reporting systems and dashboards.
Data Support : Provide timely, high-quality data solutions for key merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Data Products & Governance : Develop and manage data products, ensure data quality, and implement governance practices to maximize asset reuse and accessibility.

Qualifications

2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data operations, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital platforms.

Strong Excel skills and ability to perform data storytelling with data visualization tools. Familiarity with SQL / Python is a plus.

Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Business Proficiency in English and Chinese required
