IT Technician

Responsibilities

• STRONG TROUBLESHOOT SKILL ON PC, LAPTOP, PRINTER, CCTV , AND PERIPHERALS RELATED ISSUE
• EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT OFFICE AND OPERATING SYSTEM LIKE WINDOWS 10 AND ABOVE
• PERFORM QUARTERLY WINDOWS UPDATE
• SOFTWARE INSTALLATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING
• SETTING UP / PREPARATION / TROUBLESHOOTING END USERS PC / LAPTOP
• UNDERTAKE ALLOCATED SERVICE REQUEST & HELPDESK TICKET, PROVIDE TIMELY UPDATE TO USERS
• BASIC UNDERSTANDING ON MICROSOFT ACTIVE DIRECTORY CONCEPT
• REGULAR STOCK COUNT ON IT SPARE PART INVENTORY AND TIMELY REPLENISH THE INVENTORY
• PROVIDE ACCURATE PC / LAPTOP / PRINTER INVENTORY. TIMELY PURCHASE REQUIRED UNITS FOR THE DEMAND
• PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR BOTH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ISSUES ON OUR USERS' ENCOUNTERS
