Job descriptionAsistir a nuestros clientes desde su llegada hasta su salida (check-in / check-out) y durante su estancia (transporte, cambios de habitación, etc.). Ofrecer una cálida bienvenida y un apoyo individualizado a todos los clientes, adaptado a su estatus de fidelidad y nacionalidad. Conocer perfectamente y compartir con los clientes toda la información (complejo y alrededores), normas, productos y servicios ofrecidos en el complejo y dentro del Club Med. Optimizar proactivamente la difusión de la información y, si es necesario, traducir documentos y eventos a su lengua materna. Conocer y aplicar la política interna de pagos y facturación y ser responsable de todas las operaciones financieras realizadas dentro de su perímetro de trabajo. Hacer sugerencias a tu jefe para mejorar las operaciones diarias y la experiencia del cliente. Conocer y aplicar las normas de Salud y Seguridad y todos los procedimientos de emergencia y evacuación. Participar en la generación de ventas adicionales en el Resort.
Perfil
- Sociable, sabres construir relaciones con nuestros clientes y establecer confianza.
- Servicial y con poder de escucha activa, gracias a ti nuestros clientes no tendrán más que soluciones.
- Multilingüe, dominas al menos dos idiomas y te sientes cómodo tratando con una clientela internacional.
