Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Distribution Sales Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our distribution footprint, deepening client relationships, and driving sales growth across key channels.
The role will require the candidate to develop the business and generate revenues with top-tier distribution partners in Malaysia which translates into :
- Servicing and growing assets with existing clients and seizing new opportunities with top-tier distribution partners.
- Achieving the assigned sales target
- Cultivating and growing client relationships (depth and breadth) within client organisations
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management sales or financial services distribution with proven client contacts and a solid industry networkStrong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.Solid experience and understanding of the development of financial solutions and fund structuringExcellentmunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset.What you'll get in return
