1. Min 1 to 2 years experience in servicing customer in semiconductor manufacturing environment 2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply 3. Experience or knowledge related to dicing / laser devices 4. Willing to work on weekends or holiday for urgent support issues 5. Willing to travel few times per month (will be travelling to Muar, Johor, KL, Seremban, Penang)
