About the Role
Our client is seeking a TikTok Affiliate Manager to develop, manage, and scale their affiliate marketing program on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with content creators, driving sales through affiliate collaborations, and optimizing performance to achieve revenue goals. This is a dynamic opportunity that sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & onboard TikTok creators, affiliates, and micro-influencers to promote our products / services through the TikTok Affiliate Program.
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to align with campaign goals and ROI targets.
- Develop and manage campaigns from strategy to execution, including content briefs, tracking setup, and performance optimization.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (e.g., conversions, CTR, ROI) and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Stay ahead of trends in TikTok marketing, creator economy developments, and affiliate marketing best practices.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities within the TikTok ecosystem (e.g., live shopping, TikTok Shop, paid collaborations).
- Maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates and creators to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or social media marketing — TikTok experience preferred.Proven track record of managing performance-based partnerships that drive measurable results.Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator dynamics.Experience using affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Shopify Collabs, TikTok Shop).Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate or TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM).Familiarity with e-commerce, DTC, or influencer-led product launches.Understanding of paid media strategies on TikTok and other short-form platforms.
