Working Hour : 5 working days (Monday - Friday; 9 am - 6 pm). Need to standby to work on special days if happen on weekend (10.10 sales / 11.11 sales / big holiday)
Requirement :
Have Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing ads via TikTok Ads (Business Centre)Strong understanding of ROAS vs profit vs margin vs platform deductionsProactive mindset with strong sense of ownership and risk awarenessExcellent data interpretation skills : know when to stop, scale, or switchAbility to work independently and under pressureFluent communication in Mandarin and EnglishJob Scope :
Run and optimize TikTok ads to hit sales and performance targets.Monitor campaigns hourly and take immediate action to stop loss or scale winnersEvaluate materials proactively : decide whether current creatives can meet performance goalsCollaborate with the video and livestream teams to push for new or improved creatives when material ROI starts to decayWork closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, but own ad delivery and cost-effectiveness resultsFlag unrealistic client instructions (e.g., removing ROAS cap) and ensure every decision supports healthy ROASCompany Name : Flash Commerce (M) Sdn.
