Take the lead in addressing and managing customer complaints and claims arising from the Southeast Asia region, organize internal communication and response actions within the Company (where necessary, the arrangement and execution of rework or other related activities);
Responsible for leading the on-site follow-up and conducting 8D analysis for customer complaints and claims from Southeast Asian clients (Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and India);
Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and submit shipment-related data and documentation as routinely required by customers;
Conduct regular customer visits to collect feedback and understand client requirements, with the objective of enhancing overall customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships
