Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid understanding of cloud technologies — virtualization, containerization, networking, and security groups. Experience in one or more of the following areas : Cloud architecture, deployment, or pre‑sales solution support. Proficient in Linux / Windows system administration and command‑line tools. Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Hands‑on experience with real‑world implementation or deployment is highly preferred. Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified, Alibaba Cloud ACP / ACE, Azure Administrator). Familiar with database management, API integration, or scripting languages (Python, Shell).
Salary Range
RM 3000 - RM 5500
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for clients using public or private cloud platforms.
- Assist in the deployment, delivery, and optimization of cloud-based solutions.
- Offer remote technical consultation to ensure stable cloud infrastructure operations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve system problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues, solutions, and technical best practices.
- Participate in pre‑sales technical discussions and contribute to solution design when needed.
Requirements
Cloud project delivery or implementation (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.)
