As the Marketing Support Executive of the Baby & Child Care category, you will manage the Huggies® Diapers & Wipes business to deliver effective marketing mix supporting sales and profit achievement. The incumbent will work across functions within the business unit to drive the implementation of approved brand marketing plan. He / She provides brand knowledge on matters of Marketing and is expected to have a basic knowledge on a broad range of general business and Marketing subjects.
Manage innovations and renovations projects, that includes sourcing, packaging development and go-to-market strategy.
Work with commercial team to deliver marketing programs by :
Identifying growth opportunities and proposing ideas for local execution
Driving campaign execution – brief, liaise and manage agencies to ensure smooth & timely delivery
Monitoring supply – follow up closely with demand planning and production teams
Track segment performance and competitor activities
Work closely with key functions such as sales, production, regional teams
Work closely with digital team and agencies to manage brands’ social pages including always-on content calendar and review consumer call and complaints data
Support in tracking marketing budget
Support on business performance reviews by analysing internal reports, Nielsen data, etc.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
1-2 years of exposure to brand management in FMCG environment or relevant working experience
Willing to be ‘hands on’ and independent with strong interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate across different functions / teams- other marketing teams (e.g. trade marketing), mill and regional teams.
Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Powerpoint
