Project Manager / Assistant

Responsible for the overall planning, management, execution and financial control of the projects to ensure they are completed on time, within the budget and met the quality requirements of the clients.

Responsible for the compliances with quality, safety and health requirement at site

Manage & lead the project team

Coordinate and monitor sub-contractors' activities on site

Organize the projects' resources, machines, plant and equipment, and materials

Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on all technical and site issues

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Min10Years relevant experience in Bored piling and geotechnical at construction site or General contracting and foundation work

Min 10 Years relevant experience in Construction of Substructure and Building >

10 storeys would be considered for Building Works Team.

Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD

Ability to lead, motivate, plan and coordinate project team

Good organizational and analytical skills

Discipline and Strong Work Ethic

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Based in Sarawak or Sabah or Peninsular (Permanent or Project Based)

Must be willing to travel outstation when required, including Sabah & Sarawak
