Job description
Key Responsibilities : -
Review Forecast and MRP to determine the order quantity and delivery schedule.
Negotiate with supplier for favorable term
Ensure purchasing activities are in line with company policy.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers.
Manage the material inventory through appropriate purchase planning.
Manage, maintain purchase records, ISO and other compliance document.
Follow up on supplier survey.
Job Requirements : -
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Good Communication and Negotiation Skills will be an added advantage.
Posses Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills, Team Player, Problem Solver and Capable in Executing the Procurement and Sourcing activities.
Computer Literate, Good Knowledge of MS Office Operation , Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge in ISO Standards, QMS and EMS will be an added advantage.
Full-Time position(s) available.
