The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial to lead our Commercial Department. The successful candidate will ensure that Alistair Group maximizes profitability while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction across all commercial activities.
• Develop and implement pricing models and strategies to position Alistair as a market leader.
• Manage and mentor the client liaison team to ensure seamless customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Oversee preparation of quotations, competitor analysis, and financial reconciliations.
• Provide monthly reports on commercial trends, market rates, and future opportunities.
• Lead tender processes and pipeline development for new business.
