Responsibilities
- Identify key opportunities for network optimization to improve scalability, speed, and cost‑efficiency of our logistics infrastructure.
- Design and project‑manage high‑impact network transformation initiatives from ideation and analysis to implementation.
- Analyse complex data to model various network scenarios, evaluating trade‑offs between delivery speed and operational cost.
- Develop dashboards and analytical tools to track network performance metrics and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare data‑driven proposals and reports for presentation to senior management to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all legs of the logistics flow to ensure smooth execution of network change projects.
