Job description

The Quality System Engineer is responsible for system planning and management review , ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong cross-departmental communication skills, the ability to manage audits, and the technical expertise to apply quality tools and methodologies to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

System Planning & Review

Participate in system planning, monitoring, and management review activities.
Ensure compliance with quality system processes and standards.

Audit Management

Lead and coordinate new customer audits, follow up on non-conformities, and ensure timely closure.

Manage customer annual audit correspondence.

Lead and coordinate third-party audits, ensuring effective follow-up of non-conformities.

Monitor and confirm compliance with the system’s operational status, including tracking of internal audits (system, process, product, and daily audits).

System Compliance & Certification

Promote CNAS accreditation, establish required documents and forms, and maintain WebISO systems.

Ensure internal implementation of quality documents and confirm compliance.

Support MVI system promotion and maintenance, including process performance collection, internal audits, non-conformity follow-up, and document conformity advancement.

Training & Development

Liaise with departments for QS-led training and collect relevant data.

Support training programs to strengthen quality awareness across departments.

Utilize tools such as Mini-Tab, QC Seven Techniques, and Six Sigma methodologies for problem-solving and process improvement.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding quality requirements and audit findings.

Support evaluation and qualification of new equipment and materials to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality systems or quality engineering.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards, CNAS accreditation, and quality system requirements.

Proficiency in quality tools : Mini-Tab, QC Seven Techniques, Six Sigma, etc.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.

Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in handling audits and quality discussions.
