  • Deliver Asset Management services for multiple Cisco customers.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal Cisco
  • stakeholders.

  • Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' Cisco IB data.
  • Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate
  • risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience. Key Job Duties

  • Accountable to ensure that customer's IB is in the right contract, right
  • location and under right coverage.

  • Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations,
  • and service coverage levels.

  • Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.
  • Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.
  • Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.
  • Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Required Skills

  • Interpret large raw data sets; conduct data analysis and audits – high level
  • of excel mastery is required.

  • Develop and lead execution of action plan to update Client databases with
  • improved IB data – ability to work with Client tools and databases.

  • Lead client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews, and conduct
  • (potential) on

  • site visits
  • excellent communication skills.
  • bold, assertive and possess a sense of ownership of the accounts / customers.

  • Produce reports for Customers, Account Teams, and other stakeholders – ability
  • to generate reports using excel, power BI (desired) and other dashboards.

  • Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment
  • Strong understanding of Cisco's business model, product portfolio, and GTM
  • strategies.

  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data
  • analysis.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
