Content Strategy and Creation -Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth. -Work with inhouse and external content creators to co-develop engaging and brand-consistent content for Instagram and TikTok -Integrate content with compelling and engaging posts copy to attract and retain audience -Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives. -Campaign Management -Identify target audiences and tailor content and campaigns to effectively reach and resonate with audience. -Adjust strategies and improve results. -Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy and stay ahead of the curve. -External Collaboration -Identify and collaborate with relevant brand and influencers to co-promote -Negotiate and manage brand and influencer partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and content approvals. -Track and analyse the performance collaborations to optimize ROI and engagement. -Connect with the Community -Sensitive to comments and maintain engagement with community -Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and conversations, and engage with users to build relationships and brand loyalty. -Collaborate with brand team to co-organise community events, online and offline [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-sttoke-malaysia-job-digital-and-social-media-intern]

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to analyse social media metrics and create reports. -Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content -Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. -Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
