Job description

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to fostering a thriving work environment. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in supporting our people strategy and enhancing HR operations across our entities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • HR Advisory & Support : Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned entities, providing expert HR advice and support to Department Heads and employees. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Issue Resolution : Address and resolve HR issues raised by employees. Identify root causes, seek resolutions, and implement effective solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations & Disciplinary Actions : Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and disciplinary cases, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). Ensure fair and consistent handling of all cases.
  • Job Descriptions & Documentation : Review, update, and maintain job descriptions to accurately reflect current roles and responsibilities. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • HRMS Promotion : Advocate for and drive the use of the HRMS system to enhance productivity and streamline HR processes. Facilitate system adoption and usage among employees.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for HR process improvement, propose solutions, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Secure buy-in from stakeholders for proposed improvements.
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS) : Attend and manage QMS ISO audits, ensuring zero non-compliance. Maintain high standards of quality and adherence to regulations.
  • KPI Development & Management : Work with business leaders to develop and align annual KPIs with the company’s strategic goals. Prepare, communicate, monitor, and execute action plans to manage key HR metrics and ensure HR effectiveness.
  • Performance Management : Collaborate with Reward Teams to deploy, communicate, and support the performance management cycle. Engage with employees to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Payroll Management : Oversee and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for four entities each month.
  • Coaching & Development : Mentor and support a small team, ensuring effective HR support and service delivery that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industrial relations.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Experience with HRMS systems and a strong aptitude for technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with payroll management and compliance.
