We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support critical IT infrastructure, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to continuous system improvements across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, software licenses, passwords, network details, and warranties.
- Manage and support the company’s network infrastructure, including troubleshooting routers, switches, servers, and firewalls.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to resolve IT issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead and support IT-related projects, including implementation and upgrades.
- Set up and support IT infrastructure for company events.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and applications.Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software environments.Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Your application will include the following questions :
