Job Description :

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer (Japanese or Mandarin Speaking) to join our Managed Services Business Unit (MSBU). You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking IT-related support via phone, email, or tickets.

Location : Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia

Job Type : 12-Months Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide 1st level IT support and assistance to Japanese or China clients.
Handle and respond to assigned tickets, calls, emails, and voicemails.
Log and track all support issues in the system according to SOPs.
Translate documents (Japanese / Mandarin English) when required.
Stay updated with support policies, technical knowledge, and client operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Desk Manager / Team Lead.

Requirements :

Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin and English (spoken & written) is a must.

Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude.

Prior experience in client service, IT support, or helpdesk preferred.

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Team player with adaptability, accountability, and initiative.

Able to work in a fast-paced support environment.
