Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, cultivating new business relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will also play a key role in collaborating with management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Job Responsibility : Business Development
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Marketing
a. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Manage both online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.b. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Oversee company social media accounts, website content, and online advertising.Develop marketing materials such as brochures, corporate profiles, and promotional content.c. Event Management
Organise, participate in, and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.d. Performance Analysis
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. Recommend adjustments to campaigns and initiatives based on performance data.Job Requirements :
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and growing sales teams.Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present and explain ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.Proven ability to sell value and establish credibility with clients.Enthusiastic about building positive relationships and effectively engaging with people.Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving individual and team goals.Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.Adaptable to change and open to embracing new challenges.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in Cyberjaya.
