Job descriptionOversee daily operations of the outlet (car wash, tint, service, accessories, etc.) Lead and motivate team members to achieve monthly sales and service targets Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure top‑quality service delivery Manage stock, inventory, and supplier coordination Prepare daily sales reports, staff schedules, and operational updates Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep at all times Execute marketing and promotional campaigns with HQ Drive staff training, performance, and discipline
