Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in building construction projects. Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD or equivalent. Good knowledge of construction drawings, structure, and finishing works. Experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with project teams. Good communication skills and able to work well with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Check and understand construction drawings and specifications given by the Project Manager to make sure all work is done correctly.
- Find and solve technical or site problems early to avoid project delays.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily site work and manpower according to the project schedule.
- Communicate and work closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth progress.
- Supervise site activities and make sure all work follows approved drawings, timelines, and safety rules.
- Inspect and check the quality of materials and workmanship to meet project and client standards.
- Make sure all site work follows safety, health, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
