Job Description
- To attend customer’s calls, enquiries, discussion and meeting.
- To perform sales and general office coordination works.
- To manage the process of order and delivery schedule with accuracy and timeliness.
- To prepare commercial documents, such as quotation, purchase order, invoice, delivery order, packing list, etc.
- To perform other tasks as instructed by superior.
Requirements
Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Basic user knowledge in any accounting or ERP software.Good communication skills.Self-discipline and able to work under minimum supervision.Benefits & Others
