Head of Brand

Head of Brand with Global F&B Retail Brand Your new company

An exciting Head of Brand job has just become available at a globally renowned F&B retailer. This is an established and household name brand and they are committed to delivering high-quality products & services to their customers while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Your new role We are looking for someone who is passionate about brand marketing and leading a team. We are looking to drive the brand forward with a strong appetite to be a brand that is loud, engaging and relevant to the modern generation

1. Brand strategy development and implementation

  • Develop brand strategy from overall big picture direction and break it down into bite sizes for the team to execute - brand plan, marketing calendar and agency support
  • Develop brand strategy based on market understanding, consumer insights and brand health tracking, in accordance to objectives set to grow Pizza Hut brand
  • Develop & execute brand communications, materials & activations to drive intended brand positioning and brand imageries across ATL, BTL and digital platforms

2. Brand communication & media planning, development and roll out - Above-the-line advertising and below-the-line activations planning & executions, media planning & executions

3. Lead in the development of Product strategy and monitor the execution across nationwide campaigns

  • Product innovations development and roll out for nationwide - Development of new LTO for nationwide launch, and development / renovations of key product pillars (pizza crust) as well as tactical campaigns for short term revenue growth
  • New growth segments - Development of menu product for selling in identified daypart segments based on understanding of market, competition and customer purchase behaviour within that, across channels and overall PH brand strategy. This includes menu, product, pricing, profitability study and promotion mechanism
  • 4. Creative flair and ability to think outside of the box with innovative, engaging, trendy and loud marketing ideas to connect with the consumers and grow brand affinity and to be top of mind (TOM)

    Requirements :

  • Candidates from FMCG background with strong fundamentals in brand marketing with commercial acumen to drive sales
  • Must be data driven and analytical with a marketing methodology of relying on insights, market research and data
  • Strong leadership quality (able to lead long-term brand strategic thinking as well as short term results oriented tactical plans)
  • Strong in fact-base decision making
  • Balance of analytical ability and creativity
  • Strong in communications, presentations and articulations
  • Strong people management skill, able to motivate team members and collaborate well with other departments
  • Experience in market research work
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in marketing or business related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of working experience, with min 8 years in marketing function with at least 3-4 years in marketing manager position
