Project site safety management : responsible for supervising project site safety management and civilized construction;
Project change management : if the contract is beyond the scope of the company, the project manager is obliged to timely communicate with the customer and sign the project change sheet;
Responsible for installation quality supervision, on-site construction process management and document control;
Internal coordination and communication of the project, inspection of site construction specifications, coordination of work among sales, procurement, design and programming departments;
Communicated and coordinated with customers on site;
Collect the progress payment according to the schedule;
Coordinated and communicated with the owner and the supervision unit, organized the completion of the final accounts of the project and the completion materials, and signed the completion report;
Maintained customer relations;
Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree, major in electrical automation, pharmaceutical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc;
More than 5 years working experience in mechanical and electrical construction and project management in pharmaceutical industry;
English can be the working language;
Proficiency in Chinese is preferred;
Accept Business travel.
