Engineering Manager - Offshore Platforms
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type : 2-Year Contract
Overview :
Leads multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs for offshore topsides, jackets, and supporting facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead engineering teams delivering design packages for offshore facilities
- Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures
- Develop and review design basis, specifications, and key engineering documentation
- Review and approve discipline deliverables for quality and design integrity
- Coordinate across disciplines for technical alignment
- Conduct design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability assessments
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Interface with project, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues
