We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers in all areas of sales – customer interaction is vital.
  • Meeting set sales targets.
  • Stocking, replenishing, and cleaning sales areas.
  • Assisting with product selection.
  • Offering advice to customers.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Monitoring and updating sales display areas.
  • Utilizing specialist product knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Customer service-oriented, team player, and possesses initiative.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for products.
  • Willing to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
  • Candidates with multilingual skills would be an advantage.
