What You’ll Do :

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive candidate engagement.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and reports to management.

What You’ll Bring :

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferably 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
