What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
  • Help develop creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with global recruitment teams on projects and initiatives.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to support smarter hiring decisions.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in recruitment (in‑house, RPO, agency, or SP).
  • Curiosity about Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment (a plus, not a must).
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus).
  • Enjoy working with people and building relationships.
