To create and implement marketing strategy for the entire exhibition campaign. Handle marketing and media planning, marketing presentations, production, press releases, exhibitor and visitor behaviour tracking. Do copywriting and proofing for all marketing materials. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify the target audience. To work closely with the design team on production for all marketing collateral which includes visitor promotions, exhibitor promotions, brochures, visitors’ badges, print advertisements, show directory, web banners, email campaigns, social media, show online assets, etc. Plan and handle press conferences, media relations and conferences for event. Source potential clients, partners and leads generation to increase the visitor and exhibitor prospects. Build a comprehensive database for the events. Ensure show websites are fully up to-date with latest information. Set up media and barter deals with external organisations. To work on various targeted online marketing channels and social media to promote the event. Develop new contacts and build / maintain strong relationship with existing business partners such as trade associations, embassies and government agencies. Liaise with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns.
