Receptionist / Front Desk (Contract) in Shah Alam
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to the appropriate person / department.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent
At least 1 year of solid working experience in reception
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
Professional appearance and customer service–oriented
Salary : Up to RM 2700
Contract : 6 months
Working Days / Hours : Mon–Fri (8.30-5.30pm)
