Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic brand partners.
- Build Luxasia's eCommerce service provider business on key marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
- Campaign management and onsite investment planning alongside brand teams.
- Demand planning and inventory planning with brand partners.
- Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events and mega campaigns.
- End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems, supported by the team.
- Visual merchandising and store management including utilizing seller tools.
- Maintain store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams and resolve ad-hoc problems.
- Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking.
- Strong communication and coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms.
- Build optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion and assortment strategies.
- Build relationships with principals, brand management teams and marketplaces.
- Assist in developing operational processes and tools to improve scalability.
- Ability to think outside the box and test new projects.
Requirements
Education / Experience :
Have a Bachelor's Degree in business-related fields or equivalent combination of education and work experience.At least 2–3 years of proven experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing in an FMCG setting or with an E-Commerce provider.Past experience with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada / Shopee and hands-on experience with Seller Center portal.Skills Required :
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in forecasting, metrics, and analyses.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent Luxasia externally.Client management, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure with multiple demands.Campaign planning and marketing; digital / social marketing experience is a bonus; eCommerce supply chain experience is a bonus.Key Success Factors :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Analytical and proactive with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Negotiation, influencing, attention to detail, and independence.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Diversity and Inclusion
