• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Job Purpose
• This role fully responsible for the financial for Malaysia DTC Channels - O&O Mainline, O&O Outlet and eCom.
• Support consolidation for Malaysia Total Business – DTC Channels, Franchise and Wholesale, etc.
• Support consolidation for SEA.
• Reports to Head of Finance, SEA
• Job Description
• To ensure accurate and timely actual results – financial and operational KPI’s.
• Financial modeling for commercial projects, monthly outlooks, Annual Financial Plan & Strategic Business Plans.
• To prepare and consolidate Monthly Business Review, Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Plan package.
• To support business partner and other functions with commercial analytics including but not limited to Product, GenCat, Franchisee / Partner Profitability, Inventory, Comps, Store level Profitability, Retail KPIs, Pricing, Dilution, Promotion Analysis, Margin Analysis.
• Retail and non-retail Purchase Expenditure Requisition justification support (ROI, Payback analysis) including post evaluation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on consolidated financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for consolidated financial performance, managing the process independently.
• Responsible for the consolidation for Malaysia Total Business.
• Responsible for the consolidation for SEA.
• Undertake additional ad hoc assignments as necessary to support project objectives and organizational needs.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting major preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and procedures.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP.
• Experience working with outsourced financial service model.
• Strong organizational skills : high attention to detail, consistent follow through.
• Strong team player and excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees within and outside of finance / organization.
• Good command of English.
• Retail / apparel industry experience a plus.## ##
